During September 2014, Wally Swan is distributing advance information  about the CRC press book which he is editing entitled “Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Trangender Civil Rights: a Public Policy Agenda for Uniting a Divided America” (forthcoming October 1, 2014). Southeastern Conference for Public Administration (SECoPA)
