O<\/span>n the second stop on\u00a0our southwest trip we spent time in the area around Page and Lake Powell. Later that day we visited two\u00a0sites along Highway 89N. These photos were taken as we explored Hanging Gardens<\/em><\/a><\/span>\u00a0with its labyrinth of eroded sandstone and expansive views of the lake along with\u00a0Bucktank Draw and Birthday Arch<\/a><\/span><\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>. This was a day that started out rainy, giving way to imposing clouds.<\/p>\n

When we got home, we couldn’t find the memory card for that day. In case I had deleted the photos, \u00a0I downloaded software to pull deleted files off cards. After lots of work and several days I gave up.<\/p>\n

Earlier this week I was on my work computer and lo and behold, there was the memory card. Life is good again!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
