Wally’s paper”Integrating New Technologies: The Status of Hybrid, Online and Face-to-Face Public Administration Courses” has just been accepted by the International Conference on Public Administration, which will be holding its conference in Hyderabad, India in late October.

Wally Swan is staying at the Chicago South Loop hotel, which has wonderful contemporary African American art in the lobby. He is here for the 2012 Government Finance Officer’s Association at McCormick Place; in preparation for teaching Public Fiscal Management at Hamline fall 2012 and spring 2013.
