Wally Swan will be presenting a paper about his new book at the Southeastern Public Administration Conference in Atlanta on Thursday, September 18th. He will talk about the effort to ensure civil rights for LGBT people in the South.
He is distributing advance information about the Taylor and Francis book which he is editing entitled “Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Trangender Civil Rights: a Public Policy Agenda for Uniting a Divided America” (forthcoming October 1, 2014).
