Havasu Falls has always been on my bucketlist. When a friend of mine got permits and asked me along, I was stoked!
It was a bit of work organizing 3 nights of primitive camping, along with a 10 mile hike up and down the canyon with a 35 pound pack.
But it was well worth it! The falls and waterholes were magical to explore, though they frequently tested my courage and agility in navigating up and down the slippery cliffs. And so much to photograph. I will not soon forget my time on the Havasupai reservation. Enjoy!
We extended our visit and spent 3 nights near an old favorite, Sedona.
