In 2020, I will be Chairing a panel at the American Society for Public Administration conference in Anaheim California on Friday, April 3, 2020. Panelists will include Christopher Surfus, Andrew Park, Paula Overby, and Daniel Dunchack.Several of these panelists have contributed to panels I chaired in 2019 at the Northeast Conference on Public Administration in New York City on Friday, November 8th, the Midwest Public Affairs conference in Indianapolis on Thursday, September 19th, and the St.Louis County Health and Human Services Conference (northern Minnesota) on Thursday, October 10th.
