I have launched a new website that means a lot to me, Bikram’s Yoga College of India, San Diego. Over the past year I have been practicing Bikram Yoga, and have endured many challenges, both physically and mentally in learning to adjust to doing Yoga in 105 degrees.

Thank you to my new ‘Yoga family’, the many friends whom I have made at the studio, and my very good friend Becca, who guided me along; giving sage advice along the way as I soldiered on and nearly gave up. I was honored to be given the task of rebuilding this website. Over time I plan to make it better and better.
